Password Update Form
Academic Year 2017-18

Create or Change Your Password

Welcome to the Password create/change form. This form is available for the students in my class to add their own password, or to change their existing password.

In order to create your own password, you must login with your chemistry assigned username and use your NSHS student ID number as your password. Your chemistry assigned username is the first letter of your first name followed by up to, but no more than, 7 letters of you last name. For example. Joe Smo would have the username jsmo, but Peter Curruthers would have the username pcurruth. Note: If you regularly use a nick-name that starts with a different letter than your given name, first try to use the first letter from your nick-name. If that doesn't work, try the first letter from your given name.

  • Enter your assigned username (for chemistry) and NSHS student ID number in the appropriate fields.
  • Select the chemistry course in which you are registered.
  • Select the block when your class meets.
  • Type in your desired password two times; once in each of the indicated fields. NOTE: your new password is limitied to a total of 12 characters.
  • Check the box if you want to REPLACE your student ID number with your password, or if you want your password to work in addition to your student ID number.
  • Click on the Update button to add or change your password. Your new password should work immediately.
  • If you have any problems, please contact me.
